Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beauty Cartel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging, with all seals and labels intact
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Items purchased on sale or using a promotional code
- Gift cards or digital vouchers

How to Start a Return

We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address in Spain.

Important: Do not return items without prior authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Include a photo and description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
