Shipping Regions


We currently accept orders for delivery to the following regions:

Spain (mainland), Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal.

Please note that Gibraltar is excluded, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.



Order Processing and Dispatch


We care about getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your shipment.


We make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered by the courier within the estimated time frame after confirmation.

However, Re[Sens] is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.


From the moment the customer receives the order, they assume full responsibility for the product.

Shipping Costs and Destinations

Spain (mainland), Balearic Islands, and Portugal:

Free shipping for orders over €80.

For orders below €80, a shipping fee of €8.99 applies.

Canary Islands:

Free shipping for orders over €300.

For orders below €300, a shipping fee of €19.99 applies.



Estimated Delivery Times


Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on courier service and location.

During holiday periods, orders are processed in order of receipt, and delays may occur due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Spain (mainland) & Portugal: 24–48 hours from the time of dispatch.

Balearic Islands: 3–6 business days.

Canary Islands: 4–8 business days.
